Popular breakfast eatery The Egg in Sundance Plaza has flipped owners (just like a pancake or its over-easy creations). Jason Partovi, who runs Skull Creek Greek, Wild Plum Market, and Hypnotic Chicken, says the new addition is a great complement to their other offerings, giving the group four marquee eateries in town. Coincidentally, the new Egg addition is located conveniently close to the Hypnotic Chicken restaurant in Sundance Plaza, but which came first?
