Costume of the Year: Forget all the costumes at this year’s Spring Splash celebration. This closing day get-up would have soared across the pond with aplomb. Complete with a pet monkey, purple vest and Moroccan fez hat, the reveling Aladdin crafted the carpet out of a PVC piping frame surrounding his snowboard, before whisking away down Mt. Werner. Good thing he could rely on three wishes to help him get down.

Tyke of a Pike: Ryan Herbert of Yampa Valley Anglers hooked into this 41-inch hog by stripping a streamer in the lower Yampa. “It’s the biggest one I’ve ever landed on a fly there,” he says. “It inhaled it and then towed us all around. It took about 20 minutes to land, and barely fit in the net.”
Ranch Cutout of the Month: This rancher, located on the right just before Hayden, apparently thought he might as well get artistic with the trickle feeding into his cattle trough. Urine for it now.
